Look at what I made! It’s essentially a brownie baked into a circle.
And you slice it a little differently…so you get MORE every piece!!
You’re welcome
That’s all for today!
Brownie Pie
1/2 cup white sugar
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons butter
1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
2 eggs
2/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
- Combine sugar, water, and butter, in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until melted and fully incorporated. Add eggs and mix until combined. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until well-blended. Lastly, add in the vanilla extract. Pour batter into prepared pie pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean 3 inches from edge of pan. Let cool, slice and enjoy!
